How to Exchange
-Contact Us: Please get in touch with us via our 'Contact Us' page or email us at online.store@alnassr.sa.
-Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a three-day-valid return shipping label.
-Arrange Pickup: Contact the shipping company to schedule a pickup or drop off the item at any of their branches. Make sure to present the return label we've provided.
-Exchange Processed: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will contact you to arrange the exchange. Please allow up to 21 days for the return to reach us.
Return Policy
-You may return your order within three days of receiving it.
-To initiate a return, please email us at online.store@alnassr.sa.
-Our team will review your request and, if the error is on our end, issue a prepaid return shipping label valid for three days.
-Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 21 days for the return to reach us.
-We will cover the full return shipping cost if the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect item). A shipping fee will be applied for returns due to other reasons.
Return and Exchange Policy
-Return Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within three days of delivery.
-Product Condition: The product must be original, unused, and with all tags attached.
-Like-for-Like Exchange: Exchanges must be for the same product.
-Customized Products: Items with custom names or numbers, including player-specific items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Health and Hygiene: As health regulations dictate, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Promotional Items: Items purchased during a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
-Stock Availability and Quality: Al Nassr Store reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, we will either refund your purchase or contact you to select an alternative product of equal value.
Shipping Policy
-Tracking Number: Customers will receive a tracking number through their Al Nassr Store account.
-Delivery Times: Delivery for domestic orders within Saudi Arabia typically takes 3-9 business days. International shipping times may vary and can take up to 21 days, depending on the destination country.
-Address Changes: If a customer wishes to change their shipping address after an order has been dispatched, additional shipping fees will apply. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
-Unclaimed Packages: Al Nassr Store is not responsible for lost packages that go unclaimed for more than 30 days due to the customer's failure to respond to delivery attempts.
-Shipping Carrier Delays: Any delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.
