Returns

Conditions to return one or more items from an order.

- Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products..
-The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
- Please note that we do not exchange items. If you wish, you can process a. return and place a new order with the desired size.
-The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

-Footwear: be sure to try on the footwear with clean socks. To avoid damaging the sole of new footwear, be sure to try them on a protected surface.
- The item must be returned with the brand's tags and box, or envelope, in their original condition.
-Clothing: protect clothes with their original box or envelope, or with a bag Do not forget to include the labels of the products.

Ship your return with a protective box

You should use a suitable secure box according to the size and volume of the products. The same original Al Nassr box will do.

Print the returns form

Download the international return form here, print it out, fill it in and put it inside the box.

If you can't print the form, please include a sheet of paper with the information requested on the form.

Receive your refund

Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, Al Nassr will issue a credit to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to be effective in your account, this depends exclusively on your bank.
