Useful Shipping Information

If no delivery date is specified for a particular country or shipping method, the delivery time will be 15 days from the date of the shipping confirmation.

The regular delivery time of your order could be affected during special periods such as Christmas, sales or one-time offers, due to the high volume of shipments.

Our stock is distributed in several warehouses, so if your order consists of several items, you may receive more than one package.

Duties and Taxes

There might be certain customs tax and rates that must be paid by the customer, who will be responsible for paying the applicable taxes in territories other than KSA, as well as customs tax and rates when requested by tax authorities.

When shipping outside KSA, any customs duties and taxes, as well as taxes applicable at the point of destination, must be paid by the customer.

International sales are not subject to VAT refunds.

No orders can be shipped to post office boxes or military bases.

There are some countries we are currently unable to ship to due to customs issues that make it impossible for us to offer the best service.
